Köln-Buchforst station
The breakpoint Cologne - book forest located in the homonymous district of Cologne Buchforst. Location
The station is a classic breakpoint and is located in the north of Cologne - book forest, next to the district border to Mülheim. Half a mile south-west of the railway station Köln- Mülheim serves the station to connect the densely populated city of Cologne part of the network of S -Bahn Rhein-Sieg and S - Bahn Rhein -Ruhr.
Access to the station is located in the Bertoldistraße, directly under the railway underpass. On both sides of the street are stairs leading to the central platform. History
The S- Bahn station is quite young. Only with the construction of the Cologne S- Bahn route from Mülheim to Nippes, the station was built.
