A limited partnership ( in Germany and Austria abbreviated KG ) is a partnership in which two or more natural or legal persons have joined forces to operate under a joint name a trade, which for liabilities of the Company at least one partner has unlimited liability (general partner) and another shareholder shall be liable only limited (limited partner ).
