Kommetjie

Kommetjie is a place on the west coast of the Cape Peninsula in South Africa. It lies on the Atlantic Ocean southwest of the city of Cape Town to the Kommetjie administratively belongs. In 2011 the town had 2,435 inhabitants mostly English.

Kommetje is located on a six kilometer -long sandy beach, Long Beach. South of the village is located on the coast of Lighthouse Slangkop Lighthouse.
