Königs Wusterhausen Central Tower

The central tower in King Wusterhausen was a 243 -meter-high, insulated against ground free-standing lattice tower with a triangular cross -section on the king Wusterhausener Funkerberg. It was built in 1924-1925 and was used for bracing wire antennas. It was originally to be increased by placing a shortwave antenna on 283 meters height, but this was not at the time by the Peace Treaty of Versailles allowed. For its time it was built it was the highest building in Germany.
