Konstantin Kisimov

Konstantin Vassiliev Kisimow ( born April 16, 1897 in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria; † August 16, 1965 in Balchik, Bulgaria) was a Bulgarian actor.

Life

Konstantin Vassiliev Kisimow was born into a family of revolutionaries and philosophers of the Enlightenment. Like his father, the law at the University of Cambridge studied, also Kisimow began studying law at Sofia University and the University of Paris. But he broke it in favor of a drama school at the National Theatre " Ivan Vazov " again. From 1924 to 1928, he then studied drama in Paris again. After his return, he was able to establish relatively quickly from a stage actor and appeared sporadically in productions such as The whole city is looking Vera, The five miracles of cunning and Petr The windmill at the Bulgarian film. Until the 1960s, he became one of the most famous actors of Bulgaria. He died on 16 August 1965 at the age of 68 years following a car accident in Balchik, where he just had a theater commitment.
