Kostyantyn Rurak

Kostyantyn Rurak (Ukrainian Костянтин Рурак, English transcription Kostyantyn Rurak, . Born April 9, 1974 in Chelyabinsk ) is a retired Ukrainian sprinter.

At the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996 it reached about 100 m the quarter-finals and finished with the Ukrainian team in the 4 x 100 - meter relay team to fourth place. Four years later at the Olympic Games in Sydney, he left more than 100 m again in the quarterfinals.

At the European Athletics Championships in Munich in 2002, he came over 100m semi-finals and was in the 4 x 100 - meter relay to the Ukrainian team that won the gold medal after the disqualification of the British relay. At the World Athletics Championships 2003 in Paris / Saint- Denis he left more than 100 m from the inlet port.

Four times he was national champion over 100 m ( 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003 ) and once over 200 m ( 2002).
