Kozma Prutkov

Kosma Prutkov (Russian: Козьма Петрович Прутков ) is the joint pseudonym of four Russian writers:

  • Alexei Konstantinovich Tolstoy ( cousin of the more famous Leo Tolstoy )

And three cousins

  • Alexander Schemtschuschnikow
  • Alexei Schemtschuschnikow
  • Vladimir Schemtschuschnikow

As Kosma Prutkov they published in the mid-19th century parodic and critical literary texts, of which today are mainly the aphorisms known.
