The National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts " Krastjo Sarafow " ( Bulg Национална академия за театрално и филмово изкуство, abbreviation НАТФИЗ ) is a theater and film school in Sofia. The Academy was named after the Bulgarian theater actor Krastjo Sarafow.

The Academy was founded in 1948 as the first university training institute for theater and film in Bulgaria. To date, it is the only public institution of its kind in the country. Each year about 120 new students are accepted, including 20 international students who are taught in three different buildings. The exercise Theatre in 1957 and the puppet theater founded in 1966. In addition to a movie theater, a video hall and an audiovisual center has a library with more than 60,000 national and international books. The residence is located in Studentski degree, on the campus of Sofia's universities.
