Krzykosy, Åšroda Wielkopolska County
Krzykosy ( German: Krzykosy, 1942-1945 According to forest ) is a village in the powiat Sredzki ( Greater Poland ) in the Wielkopolska Region, Poland. The place is also the seat of the rural commune ( gmina wiejska ).

Geography
Krzykosy lies in the glacial valley of the Warta river ( Warta ) about 45 km south-east of Poznań.
History
A first mention of the village there was in 1393 as " Trzicozy ". A mention similar to the present name it was 1507.
From 1975 - 1998 the village belonged to the Province of Posen.
