Kurt Lundquist

Kurt Lundquist ( Kurt Anders Valdemar Lundquist, born November 27, 1925 in Kila, community Sala, † 12 July, 2011 Simrishamn ) was a Swedish sprinter.

Career

In 1947 he became the national champion in the 200 -meter run.

At the Olympic Games in London in 1948, he reached the quarter-finals in the 400m. In the 4 x 400 - meter relay team, he won the Swedish team in the cast Lundquist, Lars -Erik Wolf Brandt, Folke Alnevik Rune Larsson and the bronze medal behind the torpedoes from the U.S. and France.
