Kushal Pal Singh ( born August 15, 1931 in Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh, India) is an Indian entrepreneur in the real estate business. He is, according to the Forbes list of billionaires with a fortune of $ 30 billion in 2008 to 8th place of the richest people in the world.

Singh is chairman and together with other members of the family owners ( 87.43 %) of the Delhi Land and Finance Universal Limited. The DLF Universal Limited was founded in 1945 by Singh's stepfather Chaudhury Raghuvendra Singh and is now the largest real estate company in India. The company has more than 42 km ² property ownership, of which about 12 km ² in prime locations of Delhi, Kolkata and other cities. The company's IPO in July 2007 was $ 2 billion. the largest in the history of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange.
