The Kuthodaw Pagoda ( Pagoda of the Royal merits) is a 1868 completed turbine in the Burmese city of Mandalay. It consists of 729 pavilion-like temples where lies one white Mamorplatte. These temples are also called stupas.

On the marble slabs of the Pali canon is laid down, the life and teachings of Buddha. The original gilded letters are colored to black out today. The pagoda is called because of this extensive presentation as " the greatest book in the world ". Before the creation of this system, the texts were written exclusively on parchment.

In the middle of the complex is also home to the gilded Maha ławka Marazein Pagoda, which was built in 1857 according to the plans of the Shwezigon Pagoda.
