Kyle Eckel ( born December 30, 1981 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American former American football player in the National Football League ( NFL). He played on the position of the running backs for the New England Patriots, the Philadelphia Eagles and the New Orleans Saints.
Career
Eckel was not selected in the 2005 NFL Draft and signed a contract with the New England Patriots, but which directly charges him back to the Miami Dolphins. In the two years with the Dolphins, but he could not play only train with them. In 2007 he again played in the Patriots, but only from time to time on special teams and as a running back behind Laurence Maroney. In October 2008, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, but was dismissed after one season.
