L'Écho de la timbrologie

L' Echo de la timbrologie is a monthly philatelic magazine from France. The first edition was in 1887, making it the oldest existing philatelic magazine from France. Your subtitle is " La tribune of Philatelistes " ( the tribune of the philatelists ).

The first issue brought Edmond Frémy out on 15 November 1887, a philatelist from Douai in northern France. 1890 Frémy was by his health forced her to leave the stamp collector Théodule Tellier, the printer was printing the Yvert, in which the L' Écho was printed.
