La Fouine

La Fouine ( born December 25, 1981; actually Laouni Mouhid in Chamonix ) is a French rapper of Moroccan descent. He lives in the French city of Trappes near Paris.

La Fouine signed in 2003 a contract with Sony Records.

Biography

Born in Trappes in a Moroccan family with seven children, Laouni grew up in the suburbs of Paris, Yvelines. At the age of eight, he came to the Conservatory of Trappes, where he received music lessons, with the guitar as his first instrument., In 1992 he became interested with his brother for the rap. Inspired by NTM, Kerry James, Mobb Deep and Snoop Dogg, he soon began to write plays and take what he soon earned the attention of other rappers and lovers of the genre and enabled him, with performances by the small halls of the district to pull.
