La Mine d'or de Dick Digger

The gold mine of Dick Digger ( original French title: La Mine d'or de Dick Digger ) is a comic album from the Lucky Luke series, which was drawn and written by Morris.

The gold mine of Dick Digger

Lucky Luke meets in this story on the gold prospector Dick Digger, an old acquaintance. This will be immediately previously found gold deposits in Nugget City Register. As he celebrates his find very loudly in a saloon, two bandits pay attention to him, which later attacked him in his saloon room and steal his gold and the card. The Double

Lucky Luke visits a city where the people are afraid of him because he looks very similar to the criminal Mad Jim. However, this is in prison and sentenced to be hanged. When two accomplices of Mad Jim want to liberate them, they beat Lucky Luke, so that it is unconscious, and put him instead of Mad Jim into the cell. Since you have no doubts about his guilt, he must escape, and bring the criminals themselves to the track.

In the French version of the second Comics Lucky Luke kills his doppelganger, which is attenuated in the German translation ( " I got it but only wounded !").
