Lachezar Baltanov

Lachezar Baltanow ( born July 11, 1988 in Sofia) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays for FC Chernomorets Burgas Bulgarian first division since the 2012/13 season. He was also U-21 national team of Bulgaria. His position is midfield.

Career

Baltanow began his career in the youth team Lewskis, of which he was brought into the first team in 2004. In his first season one was runner-up and won against CSKA Sofia the trophy with a 2-1 victory in the final. 2006 was followed by the first league title and the 2006/ 07 could be the double win. 2008/ 09 dan Baltanows followed third championship, this time he was involved as key players instrumental in this success.

2006/ 07 he played for the first time at European club level. In the Champions League season 06/ 07 he played in the group stage match against Chelsea at the 59th minute. The game at Stamford Bridge was lost 2-0.

So far Baltanow graduated at the international level only games for the youth teams of his native country Bulgaria.

In the summer 2013 he signed a two-year contract with FC Chernomorets Burgas Bulgarian and moved to the Scharwzmeerküste.
