Lady Eve Balfour

Lady Evelyn Barbara "Eve" Balfour (* July 16, 1898 in Dublin, † January 14, 1990 in Dunbar ) was agronomist and farmer and one of the key figures in the development of organic farming in the Commonwealth of Nations.

Life

Lady Eve Balfour, a niece of the British politician Arthur Balfour, operation After studying agricultural sciences in 1919 a farm in the English Suffolk.
