Geography

It is located in the northern part of the department of Rivera in the sector 9 It is located northwest of the capital of the department of Rivera and north of Santa Teresa.

Population

Had Lagunón in the census in the year 2011 2.376 inhabitants, of which 1,138 male and 1,238 female.
