Laimutė Baikauskaitė ( born June 10, 1956 in Gaideliai, County Šilutė ) is a retired Lithuanian middle distance runner and Olympic silver medalist.

Baikauskaitė won the silver medal in the 1500 meter run behind the Romanian Paula Ivan (ROM ) and before Tetjana Samolenko - Dorowskych (URS ) at the Summer Olympic Games in Seoul in 1988 for the Soviet Union.
