Lairg

Lairg ( gäl. to Luirg ) is a village in Sutherland in the Northern Highlands of Scotland. It has about 900 inhabitants.

Lairg is located at the southeast end of Loch Shin, making it one of the few settlements of this size in the Northern Highlands, which do not lie on the coast.
