Lake Leksozero

Leksosero (Russian Лексозеро, Finnish Lieksajärvi ) is a 166 km ² large lake in the Republic of Karelia in northwest Russia. Its average depth is 8.6 m. Between November and mid-May, the lake is covered by a layer of ice. The water level fluctuates around 157 cm. In the lake there is a large number of islands.
