Description

The Lake Wenatchee State Park extends over 198 hectares. Lake Wenatchee is a glacier and meltwater -fed lake, which is located in the Wenatchee National Park on the eastern slopes of the Cascade Range in the U.S. state of Washington. The park is divided by the Wenatchee River in the North and South Park.

The park offers camping and a variety of water activities such as fishing, water skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, swimming, motor boating on. There are also routes for climbers, mountain bikers and horse riders, in the winter months for cross-country skiing, dog sledding, snowmobiling and ice climbing. There is even a non- fortified airstrip for light aircraft in the vicinity.
