The country's newspaper - newspaper of the Germans in the Czech Republic is one published in Prague German -speaking countries publication. It is issued by the Regional Assembly of Germans in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia ( umbrella organization of the German minority in the Czech Republic).

The " national newspaper" is financed by grants from the Czech Ministry of Culture and small indirect aid of the German state through the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa ). It is published every 14 days on a scale of twelve pages in newspaper format. As a minority publication she is also a member of the Association International Media Assistance, the network of German-speaking minority media outside the closed German-speaking countries.
