Larry Means

Larry Means ( born April 20, 1947 in Attalla, Alabama ) is an American politician and since 1998 in the Senate Senator from Alabama.

Means graduated from Jacksonville State University and received his bachelor's degree there in 1970. Before he was elected as a Democrat to the Senate from Alabama, he gained his first political experience as a member of the City Council of Attalla, where he served from 1976 to 1980 and from 1984 to 1988. 1992-1998 practiced Means from the office of mayor of Attalla.

Means is married and has two children, a son and a daughter.
