Le Lamentin

Le Lamentin is a municipality in Martinique. ( As at 1 January 2011) with 62.32 km ² and 39,458 inhabitants, it is the largest in terms of area and population in the second largest community of Martinique. Through the village, the river Lézarde, which is the longest river of the island with 30 km flows. In the urban area are the international airport of Martinique and the refinery Société Anonyme de la refinery des Antilles.
