Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is a country inn with an excellent Michelin two-star restaurant in Great Milten, Oxfordshire, England, 64 miles north- west of London and 13 kilometers southeast of Oxford.

Since 1984, a native of the French Besançon Commissioner Raymond Blanc manages the hotel and restaurant in the building built from solid Cotswold stone English country or manor house (French manoir ) from the 15th century. Blanc opened under the label Brasserie Blanc more restaurants in England.
