Little Nicholas is a French-Belgian comedy film directed by Laurent Tirard from the year 2009.

Action

Little Nicholas to write in school, what he would like to be. Many eagerly writing classmates he knows what they want to become, but even still, he wants no plan for the future but that everything will stay as it. One day, classmate Joachim arrives late to class, but he is excused by a teacher: He has a little brother that night. While the teacher congratulated him, Joachim does not look happy. Production

Little Nicholas is based on the eponymous children's books by René Goscinny and Jean -Jacques Sempé. It was shot with a budget of 22 million Euro from May to October 2008 in Paris, Brussels and Nogent -sur -Marne and appeared on 30 September 2009 in the French and Belgian cinemas. He also ran on the day in the French-speaking parts of Switzerland. In Germany the film was released on August 26, 2010 in theaters in the German-speaking parts of Switzerland, on 2 September 2010 and in Austria on 17 September 2010. In April 2011, the film was released on DVD.

Criticism
