Lectionary 5
Lectionary 5 ( according to the numbering of Gregory -Aland as sigla ℓ 5 called ) is a Greek manuscript of the New Testament on parchment leaves. Using palaeography, it has been dated to the 10th century.
Description
The Code contains lessons of the Gospels ( Evangelistarium ) along with some lacunae. It is described in Greek Unzialhandschrift on 150 parchment leaves (31 × 23 cm). Each side has 2 columns with 19 rows and 7-12 letters per line.
Originally owned this manuscript Colbert. It was investigated by John Mill and Wettstein.
The Code is now in the Bodleian Library ( Barocci 202) in Oxford.
