Lee Elias

Lee Elias ( born May 21, 1920 in Manchester, England; † April 8, 1998 in the United States ) was a comic book artist.

At an early age Elijah emigrated to the United States and studied art in New York. His first comics he published in 1943 by the publisher Fiction House and worked on various series. Later, he supported George wonders for Terry and the Pirates and Al Capp in Li'l Abner. From 1952 to 1955 recorded the Elias written by Jack Williamson Science fiction series Beyond Mars, which appeared as a Sunday page in The New York Daily News. For DC Comics, for which he had been previously employed and worked there, among others, Green Lantern, he was involved from 1959 on several series, including Adam Strange and Green Arrow.
