Legality

Legality is the legal permissibility of an action, toleration or omission. The term also includes the legal existence of relationships between people with each other (eg legal relationship legal relationship ) between persons and things (eg, legal gun ownership ), and between people and rights (eg permit). Must be distinguished from the legitimacy.

Word description

The word legality comes from the Latin (lex, legis, legalitas ), meaning law / legality, IAW a law is a collection of generally binding legal norms in a formal procedure by the authorized state body - has been adopted - the legislature.

Definitions

Illegality
