Lemon Cove is a defined and used for statistical settlement area ( census-designated place ) in Tulare County in the U.S. state of California with 298 inhabitants (as of 2000). The geographic coordinates are: 36.23 ° N, 119.2 ° West. The settlement area has a size of 2.2 km ².

Lemon Cove is located at the junction of the Central Valley to the western foothills of the Sierra Nevada, about 15 miles ( 24 km) northeast of the city Visalia. The eastern end of California State Route 216 meets here on the running through the place California State Route 198
