? Listen Lentvaris / i ( German, 18th Century: Landwerau, Polish Landwarów ) is a small town and the center of a Country Office of the Rajongemeinde Trakai in Lithuania. The place was first mentioned in 1596. With the construction of the railway line St. Petersburg - Warsaw from 1861 's economic boom began. 1946 was the place the municipal law. A striking building is the neo-Gothic Palace of the Counts Tyszkiewicz / Tiškevičius from the 19th century.
