Léon Flameng

Léon Flameng ( born April 30, 1877 in Paris, † January 21, 1917 in Ève, Oise ) was a French cyclist.

In the I. Summer Olympic Games of the modern era in Athens in 1896 Flameng won the 100 km road race in three hours eight minutes and 19.2 seconds. In track racing in the 10,000 meters at the Velodrome Neo Faliro, he finished in second place behind his compatriot Paul Masson, and over 2000 meters he finished third behind Masson and the Greeks Stamatios Nikolopoulos.
