Leonhard Baumeister

Leonhard Baumeister ( born October 25, 1904 in church with stones Zusmarshausen; † August 19, 1972 ) was a German politician ( CSU). He was a deputy in the Bavarian state parliament of 1946 until 1954.

Life

Builders worked on the farm of their parents until he was forced by an industrial accident in 1922 to include lighter activities and it was representative. From 1929 he worked as a farmer yet again at home. In 1933 he took over the farm of the parents and also opened a shop, where he sold his farm products.

Policy

Baumeister joined after the war, the CSU and was accepted as an agricultural assessor in the managing committee of the District Association of Swabia. In 1946 he was a member of the Constituent Assembly of the country of Bavaria, and was then elected in the Bavarian Parliament, where he served from 1 December 1946 to 28 November 1954. He was elected Swabia in the first two elections in the constituency and in the choice in the second parliament in voting district Friedberg and Schwabmunchen. In the first term he was a member of the Committee on the State Budget and the Committee on Economic. He was also Chairman of the Committee on Food and Agriculture and also worked as a full member of the Audit Committee for review of the objection under Article 6 of the Law on settlement and land reform. In the second term he was only vice-chairman of the Committee on Food and Agriculture, ordinary member of the Interim Committee and the Subcommittee for farm workers issues.
