Leopold Rother

Siegfried Leopold Rother Cuhn (* August 27, 1894; † July 3, 1978 ) was a German architect, urban planner and educator, the various outstanding projects - especially in Colombia - developed. His most famous project was the design of the campus of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Bogotá.
