Lesotho Davis Cup team

The Lesotho Davis Cup team is the national team of Lesotho tennis, representing the UK in the Davis Cup.

History

Lesotho took part in the Davis Cup for the first time in 2000. After a win ( against Djibouti) and three losses in the first year ( 4 games won against eight matches lost ) the 2001 team again won a match ( against Sudan ), but this time with four defeats ( 5:10 Matches). 2001 was also the last date to participate in the competition. Both Lesotho years played in Europe / Africa Zone Group IV

The most successful player was previously Mabusetsa Siimane with 4 wins and 2 losses. Most games is Ntsane Moeletsi with 10 matches ( 2 wins, 8 losses ) during nine games in two years. He is the only player who competed in both years for his country.
