Lesya Kalytovska

Lesya Kalytowska (Ukrainian Леся Калитовська, English transcription Lesya Kalytovska, . Born February 23, 1988 in Lviv Oblast ) is a Ukrainian cyclist.

Since 2005 Kalytowska be an international success, on the track and on the road. In 2005 and 2006 she was in the individual pursuit Junior World Champion and European Junior Champion, 2007 European Champion again in pursuit. In the single-lap she took at the Junior European Championships 2005 third place. Since then she stood many times at international and national competitions on the podium. In the UCI Track World Championships 2008 in Manchester, she was Vice World Champion in the Team Pursuit, together with Switlana Haljuk and Lyubov Schulika. In the same year she won at the Olympic Games in Beijing, the bronze medal in the individual pursuit; in the points race, she was fifth.

2009 Kalytowska fifth overall in the Tour of Chongming Iceland. In the UCI Track World Championships 2010 in Ballerup near Copenhagen she finished in sixth place individual pursuit and team pursuit in the eighth and was Vice - European Champion in the junior women road race.
