Let's Cheers to This is the second studio album by the American post-hardcore band Sleeping with Sirens from Grand Rapids ( Michigan). It was produced by Kris Crummett and appeared on 10 May 2011 worldwide via Rise Records. It is the first album in which Jack Fowler and Jesse Lawson participated as a guitarist.

History

On 7 December 2010, the musician announced to produce a new album, which should come in mid-2011 on the market. As a producer was the band Kris Crummett who worked for Dance Gavin Dance, win. The group moved into the studio in February 2011.

The working title of the album was originally Who Are You Now? . However, the album was released later with Let's Cheers to This. However, the original album title was not a religious context, the concept of the songs, so the name was changed. Moreover, there was from the band The Providence already an album of the same name, so that the musicians wanted to play it safe when choosing a name to number.

Singles

For album the group claimed four singles on the market. The first, Do It Now, Remember It Later, the other two singles, If You Can not Hang was born at 7 April 2011. The second single is called Fire and appeared on April 28, 2011. ( September 14, 2011 ) and A Trophy Father's Trophy Son (15 October 2011) were placed on the market following the publication of the album. To Do It Now, Remember It Later and If You Can not Hang each a music video appeared. In addition, a music video for the acoustic version of the play All My Heart was recorded in the only singer Kellin Quinn and Jesse Lawson were seen.

Tour

From September 25 2011 to October 13, 2011 Sleeping with Sirens toured through Europe for the first time. Were accompanied by the musicians I Set My Friends On Fire, Woe, Is Me, and A Skylit Drive. The performances led by the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy and France. In November and December 2011, a concert tour of the United States followed as the opening act for We Came as Romans. Other opening acts were Emmure, Attila and For All I Am. Beginning of 2012, played Sleeping with Sirens with Dream On Dreamer, The Ghost Inside and Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! as the opening act for Attack! Attack!.

As part of the Artery Across the Nation Tour, the band played another concert tour with The Amity Affliction, Woe, Is Me and I Set My Friends On Fire again through North America. The summer of 2012, the group spent the first time on the Warped Tour. In October and November 2012, the Collide with the Sky World Tour followed that graduated from the group with Tonight Alive and Hands Like Houses as support for Pierce the Veil by the United States and Canada. In Canada, replace I Am King Hands Like Houses.

Success

Let's Cheers to This is the first album the group was able to position itself in the official U.S. charts. There, the album debuted at number 78, where it could stay but only for a week.
