Letters to a Young Poet

Letters to a Young Poet is a compilation of letters by Rainer Maria Rilke. The ten letters are written as responses to Franz Xaver Kappus. This had turned for help regarding his first literary works of Rilke. The letters written in the years 1903 to 1908 at various locations in Europe.

Content of the letters

In the letters, Rilke refrain from criticizing Kappus ' works. Rather, he gives him personal advice and shows him what a wide range of topics life has in store.
