The Lescha (Russian Лежа, also Олидовка ( Olidowka ) ) is a right tributary of the Sukhona in Russia's Vologda Oblast.

It has its origins in the south of Rajon Gryazovets near the border with Kostroma Oblast. The river flows in a northwesterly direction and passes through the small town situated on the right bank Wochtoga. The lower reaches of the Lescha forms the border between the two Rajonen Gryazovets and Meschduretschenski. Finally, the Lescha near the Vologda estuary reaches the Sukhona. Larger tributaries of Lescha are Senga and Komela from the left and from the right Welikaja.
