Li Ao

Li Ao (Chinese李敖, Pinyin lǐ Áo; born April 25, 1935 in Harbin, Heilongjiang, Manchukuo ) is a Chinese writer, historian and politician.

He loves to provoke it, so he sprayed tear gas in autumn 2006 in the Taiwanese parliament to protest against a $ 16 billion arms purchase.
