Libiąż

Libiąż is a Polish town and seat of the urban and rural community in the powiat Chrzanowski in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, about 40 km west of Krakow, located seven kilometers north of Auschwitz, with around 17,500 inhabitants. By far the most important economic factor and at the same time a major employer, also for the surrounding communities is the coal mine Janina.
