Lichtenstein Medal
The Lichtenstein Award is an award for Philately that since 1952 each year by the Collectors Club of New York is awarded ( German Collectors Club of New York).
The Lichtenstein Award was instituted in memory of the American Philatelic Alfred F. Lichtenstein. Lichtenstein was one of the most important American philatelists in the first half of the 20th century. He is next to the Lindenberg Medal of the world's most important prizes for philately.
