Liebenerspitze

The Liebenerspitze (also Liebener tip, Italian Cima della Chiesa ) is a 3399 m above sea level. A. high peaks between Obergurgl and Area Plan in Gurgler comb in the Ötztal Alps. It is named after Leonhard von Liebener.

The first ascent was on 26 July 1872. The mountain was climbed by mountaineers Victor Pike and Johann Pinggera.

As a base for mountain climbers the south west of Zwickau cabin used.
