Lil' Flip

Lil 'Flip (born 3 March 1981) is an American Southern rapper from Houston, Texas, and whose real name is Wesley Eric Weston, Jr.

Career

Lil 'Flip grew up in the Cloverland Neighborhood and soon became active and finally discovered in Freestyle Battles of DJ Screw. As part of the Department H.S.E. ( Hustlaz Stackin ' Endz ) he got the chance to produce music. His debut album "The Leprechaun " sold over 100,000 copies and won national attention.

The next album Undaground Legend was an even bigger success, reaching platinum status. Also platinum reached his album U gotta feel me, which he sold 2 million copies.

Lil 'Flip had a long running dispute ( Beef ) with TI, as both the title ' claim King of the South ' for themselves. T.I. accused Lil 'Flip, among others, about a region (Hood ) to rap in which he was not grown up. After a four- on-one meeting ended Lil 'Flip and TI their dispute. However, Lil 'Flip had a time later railed against Paul Wall and Slim Thug. The dispute with Slim Thug is completed, which is with Paul Wall on the peak.

Lil 'Flip has left the label Sony / Columbia and signed with Warner. Basic arguments about the release of the album I need mine were. Shortly after the change, the album was downloading on the Internet. Since then, Lil 'Flip was working on a revised version of I Need Mine $ $. This is the United States, published on 27 March 2007 on Asylum / Warner. The revised version includes 37 tracks and is a double album with a total playing time of 140 minutes. It sold in the U.S. so far over 89,000 times.
