Lima Mayer Palace

The Palácio Lima Mayer is a former city palace in the municipality of Santo António in the Portuguese capital Lisbon. It was built in 1901 to designs by the Italian architect Nicola Bigaglia in urban prominent corner location at the junction of Rua do Saltire in the Avenida da Liberdade. The client was Adolfo de Lima Mayer. For his work Bigaglia in 1902 awarded the first Prémio Valmor.

In the garden of the palace was begun in the 1920s, the amusement park Parque Mayer with four theaters. In the palace is now home to the Spanish consulate.
