LISA Akoya

The LISA Akoya is a light aircraft from the French manufacturer LISA Airplanes. You can without tags on slopes, snow and on the water off and land.

History

The prototype of the Akoya launched on 22 August 2007 in Chambery Savoie with Gérald Ducoin the tax for its first flight. 2010 started the construction of a pre-series and mid-2012 the type certification in the American LSA category and a corresponding European approval is planned. Construction

The Akoya is an unconventional wing monoplane with folding wings for ground transportation. The Rotax 912 engine is mounted on the vertical tail and drives a three-blade propeller. The three-piece spur wheel landing gear is retractable and equipped with the hull Seafoils called stub wings on the bottom to stabilize the water. As a take-off distance 200 m are given both on land and in water. For emergencies, the machine is equipped with a rescue system. The cockpit with a length of 1.7 m and a width of 1.3 m is equipped with screen instruments and a double control for the side by side seated pilot.
