Lisgar (electoral district)

Lisgar was from 1871 to 1988, a constituency of the Canadian province of Manitoba for the House of Commons of Canada.

After 1870, the Manitoba Act, the new province was founded, the first lieutenant-governor Adams George Archibald 1871 determined in accordance with the provisions of the Act four electoral districts for the House of Commons ( House of Commons ), Lisgar was one of them. The first election where she won with John Christian Schultz an outspoken opponent Archibalds.
