List of Administrators of Chandigarh

The following table lists the administrators of Chandigarh with respective term of office. With the spin-off from the state of Punjab, Haryana on November 1, 1966, Chandigarh joint capital of both states and has since been administered as a union territory of the Indian union. Until May 1985 Chandigarh was led by a Chief Commissioner, since the administration is the Governor of Punjab as an administrator before.
